Photon Health data breach

Photon Health (United States) notified the Texas Attorney General and the Oregon Department of Justice of a data breach on 21 October 2026. It told the states about 3,085 Texas residents; the total can be higher. Exposed: Health and medical information, Dates of birth, Names and Addresses. The breach began on 9 August 2026, 73 days before it was reported.
